On Friday, May 7th 2010 the Arizona Chapter Families of SMA will celebrate their 14th Annual KDK SMASH SMA GOLF CLASSIC 2010!  A golf event to benefit Spinal Muscular Atrophy Research & Treatment.  Premier Homes & Land and the Arizona Chapter FSMA would love for you to join us!

 

The event will be held at Western Skies Golf Club 1245 E. Warner Rd. Gilbert, AZ   85296.

The Arizona Families joined the national organization of FSMA in 1997 and formed the Arizona Chapter with the hopes to raise awareness and funds to help find a treatment or cure for SMA.  Families of SMA is a 100% volunteer, non-profit organization, all proceeds are used to fund research for Spinal Muscular Atrophy. The AZ Chapter and Premier Homes & Land welcomes your support as well.
